Im only half way done with my bulking sus and dbol cycle; my first cycle,and Im up from 225 to 240 already, I think ill hit 250 when im done.
And now Im geting my shit together for my second cycle before Football starts. I need to get my speed back up with a good 2nd cycle. I know winny is good but what should i stack it with and how much? I wouldnt mind losing a little fat either... And remember this will only be my second cycle so be gentle.......

No AS wil make you fast, thats an old myth...thanks to Ben Johnson, or whatever his name is. However, AS does increace strength which will increase your ability to run faster. The art of running is all about technique. Try more sprints, and ecpecially the ten yard take-offs. The start is very important, and practicing it can help greatly. Just try pracitcing the proper form and your speed should increase in time.

First off gear doesnt amke you faster. After bulking, you need to train for speed. You hve to get used to the weight. I'm 6'4 245lbs. I left HS at 175 and I could jump out of the gym, I could dunk it any which way. I played off and on for awhile and stopped. 5 years later and 70 lbs later I played again. We'll I couldnt dunk anymore, It wasnt because I wasnt strong, but because I was a lot bigger. I played for about 2 months and got my legs back. I could dunk again. I started running doing explosion exercises.

Well back to you, train with a runners paracute, do hills, wind sprints. This will help, but most of all you body need to get used to the weight. I would suggest a cutting cycle, but you are bulking for the season. I you want to lose some weight while increasing your strength, go with a prop/winny/fina/t3 cycle.

Why don't you stop posting and start running thats the only way you are going to get in good shape and get your speed up. You can't just take drugs and expect to run faster, grow 6 inches, or add a foot to your cock!

Not to the best of my knowledge. It became popular as a speed enhancing drug when Ben Johnson admitted to using winny back in the late 80's. There is no proof to back it up.

Ok Ok start sprint training, high rep breating squats and hill sprints (approximating the distance and time duration of your average sprint probably 10 -20 yards / 3-12 sec.)while you are on your "heavy water retaining anabolics like Test and Deca ." continue that training while you are tapering those more androgenic freinds and begin switching to the less H2O
retaining ones like EQ, oxandrolone, winstrol,primobolan, parabolan. Take a mild herbal diuretic and or light dosage of antiestrogens as you are coming of the more androgenic drugs for about 2 weeks while keeping your mineral intake high (not too high!) and carefully monitor your diet during this period so you are gradually reducing any excess body fat you dont need for padding (try to get down to 10 - 12% range). You will notice a difference if you do this right. Hope that helps!

hey linebacker. certain anabolics will aid in your speed. winny will tighten up your tendons. anavar will increase your strength to weight ratio, and te subsiquent build up of phosphocreatine will decrease the time between cotraction and relaxation of your muscles(which means a faster stride frequency).

As far as the training goes; do not train to failure w/ sprinting. if you start to slow down after 15 sprints, your sprints for that day are done. if you train for speed fatigued you are just teaching yourself how to run slow. be specific for speed. If your a pro ball player Im sure your workout is fine, but if you need help, just post and Ill be glad to try and help.

Kung fool the man needs to be fast for an entire football game! not 15 downs. an hour of specificity training two to three times per week along the lines of what I mentioned including rest should do the trick though along with other "assistance" training of some kind 20 - 45 minutes 2 -3 x a week pre season

I played linebacker at a Div 2 school in PA in the early 90's and all the d-backs took winny, our strength coach who played in the NFL swore it enhanced speed. Of course thats not to say he's an expert but most of them said they felt faster - may have been mental. I've never taken winny yet, but I will this summer, can't give you any personal experience but I believe it would help with tendons and muscles associated with running. As a linebacker though, as I'm sure you already know, one of the most important things you can do is know the plays and what your assignments are! Watch those backs rolling out in the flats!
