It's the tricep tendon. Totally lay off
tricep exercises for a week or two. Do
flys and crossovers and pec deck for chest.
Do raises for shoulders. Mine pretty much
never stop hurting...the pain is very mild,
more like a dull ache.

I get it too when I'm bukling hard. I can't just lay off the skull-crushers.....I love em too much. I get an insane pump when I do them, not to mention it makes my tris blow up!

It sounds more like golfers elbow (medial epicondylitis)... Stop chin ups & curls for 1 week, ice the hell out of it (after training) and try 400 mg ibuprofin 3x day for 2 weeks. Triceps tendonitis is not normally aggravated by chin ups but skull crushers can aggravate golfer's elbow if you let the elbows flare out too much. Good luck!

I've had the same pain as well. Mine happened using the hammer strength tri machine at my gym and I was probably using too much weight but it really sucked. I had to take a week off from tri's till it healed and even then I couldn't go real heavy or it would start tingling again. It just takes time but when your doing a cycle its like pissing away your money! Any injury is for that matter.

Skull crushers: exercise for the triceps. My interpretation is: you lie flat on a bench with and ez-curl bar extended straight up, even with your chest. You let the bar down slowly to your forehead or thereabouts, bending at the elbows, keeping them tight and not flaring them out. Push the bar back up to the original position, focusing on the tris... They work great for me, just keep the elbows in a little narrower than shoulder width...

Anyone want to add or critique?

Blaster is right on for the skull crushers... the only thing I would add is when you are using an EZcurl bar, make sure you use the outermost grips... that way it will be easier to keep your elbows in... I used to use the inner grip, but I had a problem with my elbows flaring out, putting strain on them, and then they would kill me afterwards... great exercise though.. ya get a killer burn...
