Wuz up fellas, I'm hearing alot about college boys not having anything to eat, so here is some easy stuff to make up, Get 2 cans of tuna mix it with 3 tblsp of mayo, 4 slices of american cheese, and some tortilla chips, microwave the tuna for three min, let it cool for a hot sec, and boom, you got your self some tuna dip, which has like 70grams of protein!!!! ------------------ ![]() | ||

Try this on for size ... one can of tuna mixed with a can of either baked beans or chili. 68 grams of carbs, 64 grams of protein, and a tad bit over 10 grams of fat, and it acually tastes good! hehe ![]() ![]() |
