I know use the search right? Well i've been around long enough to know that and "YES" i've used it. I want some new and fresh answers. First off, i;m don;t compete or plan on competing. I have a bulking cycle which i'm about to start in 4 weeks. Now any previous bulking cycles i've done i ate ALOT and put on some really good mass....BUT, i also got really fat in the gut from it. After months since my last cycle with plenty of cardio the gut's back to where it was. Still, i could stand to lose about 15lbs of fat. This time during my cycle i'm going to eat cleaner. But everytime i try to loose ther fat gained from bulking, i get all depressed from thinking i'm shrinking everywhere except gut. I have a really strange body, the only place i'm fat is in my gut. You couldn't even pinch an 1/2 inch of fat on my legs, arms, shoulders or even chest. But you sure can grab a handful of flab on the gut. I can't get DNP, i;ve used e/c/a and it fucks me up, i get headaches from it and feel like shit on off days form it. Basically i'm looking for some advice on loosing 2-3 inches from belly without loosing any muscle. What cutting agents chould I use. Keep in mind i've never done a cutting cycle before. So i am unaware of what gear to use and other agents to use, and for how long, what dosage? It's better to split your plan in 2 phases to maximize your gain/loss. Loss weight first then use gear to grow. Or gain as much as you can with gear then go on a diet afterwards. You can't lose weight if you're eating more calories than you are burning - plain and simple. You can't grow if you're eating less calories than you need to grow. When people say that they are losing fat while on gear it's because you're adding muscle mass and therefore your bodyfat % would mathematically drop even though they didn't burn an ounce of it. ie. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Ok, I will try to help. First, gain muscles or lose fat while keep your muscles - you must be ON juice, or you lose lots of muscles. Jan BTW: you must lose fat on all your body, it is NOT possible just on one place (unless you do a liposuc.) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

For starters you can lose fat and not Muscle without Gear...BUT.. You must use a CKD Diet. Go out and pick up BodyOpus by Dan Duchaine and The Ketogenic Diet by Lyle McDonald. I used to eat mega calories and get too fat while bilking, I think it's possible simply to eat a moderate amount of calories so that you only gain quality mass. Sure, you won't gain as much mass, but you won't be as fat. Instead of the 4000 calories that I used to eat, I now eat about 2700-3000 while on a cycle. It is possible to lose fat without steroids. I get down to 6% during my cutting cycles. The key to losing fat w/o losing muscle is PROTEIN. 1)U have to eat more protein when cutting than when u are bulking. Eat 2* your bodyweight. 2) Dont eat sugar cuz that is waht stores fat, Even try not eat eat sugar after woking out. Just CUT out sugar period. If u have to eat sugar, eat fruit, non of that processed shit. 3) Do cardio 6 times a week for 1 hour 1 of those periods, just do sprints, 10 sprints at 100% for 10 seconds. This shit will get u cut. 4) No carbs at night!!! Your last couple of meals should be protein w/o milk. 5) Keeping lifting hard as fuck. If all fails, USE DNP!!! this shit made my fat friend ripped as shit in 1 week. He used 200 mg for half the week, and then used 400 mg the rest of the week.
