Hi.

Last Thursday was the last day of my 12 week cycle. Without going into detail, the last four weeks consisted of:-

500mg Testoviron / Weekly
300mg Primo / Weekly

The dose were larger at first... I chucked in a bit of Dbol initially to. Gains have been OK, in the region of 18lbs overall with excellent strength gains.

The only trouble is I need to lose a bit of fat I have picked up on the way.

As I understand, it is wise to let the body get 'used' to the new weight for a few weeks, about 6? (I'm not sure).

I want to start a cutting cycle as soon as pos. but my question is when.

I want to use DNP but because of certain considerations I have I cannot do this except on my holidays, so what I am thinking is; I can take a week off in about 3 weeks time, is this too soon after I finished my cycle?

Any suggestions are welcome.

I fucking HATE cutting up. Last year I did it with just ECA and hard work.

i basically went straight from cutting into bulking.. i think u should be ok just keep using some AS to prevent muscle loss. Heres a copy of what my diet looks like.. u can change it around if u want to, but i like it..

Bfast
6-8 egg whites
1-2 cups of oats
8oz skim milk

meal #2
2 chicken breasts
1 sweet potato

meal #3
protein shake (50g protein)
some broccoli/carrots

meal #4
2 cans of tuna or 2 chicken breasts
sweet potato

meal #5
protein shake (50g)
green veggies

meal #6 (before bedtime)
protein shake made w/ water (50g)
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter (natural pb)

sometimes i throw in an extra meal or 2 depending on how hungry i am.. but i try to get a minimum of 300-350g of protein. low carbs and I also drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. Be sure and get some fat in there too, I use peanut butter.

I think it is best ot take out most of the androgenic stuff when cutting if you are restricting calories. Stick to primo, winny and anavar. I wouldn't take more than a small amount of test while cutting, say 200mg. I just don;'t like the feeling of being on alot of androgenic and stuff and not being able to eat alot. I think it is rough on the system. I would wait 6 weeks and briddge the bulking and cutting cycle with primo. THen up the dosage, put in a small amount of test and throw in any other anabolics you have. DO aerobics, and don;t go overboard on the calorie restriction. Take it slow. If I'm on the required amount of juice, aerobics and clean eating alone will lean me out good.
