   im in my 4th week and just got poision ivy. does anyone know if taking cortizone will hinder gains ?if so ill just live with the ivy for a while. IP: Logged |

We'll the cortizone pills might hinder gains since it's a catabolic steriod but i'm not sure, but the cortizone cream shouldn't.. catabolic is the opposite of anabolic.... let me tell you a funny story... Some people get an anti-inflammatory steriod nasal inhaler cortizone, or prednazone pills for different reasons, one guy in the gym was bragging about how he got steriods from his doctor and how big he's gonna get from it, we'll it ended up to be some kind of anti-inflammatory medicine for his knee..what an idiot..
