![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am currently 19 years old, weigh 176, just weighed myself, 5'8". I have under 10 percent bodyfat, I am naturally an ectomorph. I have done several shots of deca during High School football, but didnt see much results, so I am getting all the info that I need to start a cycle in the fall. musclemac IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm eating 3000 cals a day now, 300 gm protein....(it's too much, and dangerous, only doing it since I'm dieting down) 250 carbs, and 90 gm fat. I'm also drinking 3.5 gallons of water. No juice yet, starting deca and primo soon. IP: Logged |
