As per some good advice of a few bros, I decided to add test to my existing cycle. Ordered it to be express mailed. Today it arrived but the mailman brought it to the door and asks if I was the guy on the package (fake name). I said no, and he left.

I never had the mailman bring it to the door. They just leave it in the box despite the fake name. Was this a controlled delivery? Or did he hand deliver it because it was express?

How do I get it back? I was thinking of goint to the PO and tell them a package arrived with my name misspelled so my girl refused it.

WHat to do bros? I NEED MY TEST!!!!!!

I would be careful. If the mail guy tried to ask you your name, that seems weird to me. What I usually do is make up a name that is kind of similar to my own name, but all spelled wrong.

you should have just said "yes"- as long as you dont sign for anything they have nothing. they probably asked you because the name was different- it does happen- especially if hes been on the route for a long time. I think your package may be a lost cause though- unless the name is pretty close to yours the post office wont give it to you and they will probably want ID- though you never know. since you told the postman that he does not live there they will not redeliver it. Unfortunately you have probably just lost your gear.sorry.
though there is a small chance it might have been a controlled delivery- though they usually just ask you to sign.

I use to deliver for ups.The reason he probobly asked you the name is because he is
familiar with the names at that add. he probobly just looked at the name on all your
mail before he came up to your door. They
have been having problems & mix ups ever
since they changed their soting system a
couole of years ago.The best thing to do would be to call them & say your a friend
of the people at that ADD. & you didnt tell
them to expect a delivery. Then If they
decide to redeliver it have a friend of
yours be there to claim the package under
the false name so the mailman doesnt get
susspicious.

Bummer, Bro. Next time tell them it's your roommates or something. If they ask you to sign for it, tell them you will have roommated come down to the post office and pick up. Sorry about the gear.
