![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Depends what kind of supplement. I like EAS's Myoplex Deluxe after a workout. I like MuscleTech's hydroxycut for a thermogenic. Thats about it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() oh man haven't you seen the ads for nitrotech?? wow that stuff is great...it says you can gain 15 pounds of lean muscle mass in just 6 weeks!! oh man look at this...add 60 pounds on your bench press in those 6 weeks too! i am going to buy a fucking case of that shit right now. oh wait it says individual results may vary. hmmmmm. i dunno...10 pounds on the bench every week sounds pretty good...hehe. honestly i've never used the stuff but it's fun to make fun of the 15 page "ads". ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would say that EAS is better than Muscletech. (In my own personal experience). I dont like how Muscletech makes false claims. EAS does research and they have good quality supplements. It's up to you though...I've tried just about all of the different companies out there and I just mix and match what works best for me from each company. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() MuscleTech is a rip off. trust me. I have tried the Nitro-Tech and I didn't like the flavor (strawberry) or the results. Hell for a lot less money you can buy shit off of EAS which is an even better quality. If you either tell EAS that you are in their contest you get 25% off their products or check at vitamins.com or some other places I listed earlier. Vitamins.com has the best prices I've seen and no shipping on orders over 20 bucks. it's great. Stay away from Muscletech I can't stand their products and you can buy cell-tech alot cheaper by actually buying pure creatine and adding quality dextrose or whatever to add a "transport system" later IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() muscletech are good products but they are waayyyy to overhyped, especially that damn musclemag aka muscletech catalogue. The bottom line is (never mind that bullshit scandal that some fuck started a while ago) muscletech's shit passes the test when it comes to meeting label claims. i.e meso-tech was slightly higher than the claims while it turned out that myoplex came up whey short (pardon the pun) since of it's 44 grams of protein only 10 was whey. Ouch! but muscletech is always to expensive so fuck it hehe, peace bros IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() those two companies are all about money. which makes them too commerical. i go with protein factory new to me but i like the quality and price. the only thing i buy from gnc and shit is glutamine from twinlab and vitmain's gnc brand. oh ya and cytodyne tech. xenadren (sp) swol IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Biotest Grow taste the best out of all the meal replacements IMO, and I have tried them all. They also make a good thermogenic product, MD6, to use with clen or T3 on a cutting cycle. IP: Logged |
