I have been doing a keto Diet for a week now but am unsure of how many carbs to eat on my recarb days???? can someone help with this???

For the first 24 hours of the carb up you want to double you caloric intake with the ratio of approx 60-70% carbs 25% protein and only 5-10% fats. For the second 24 go for maintiance calories with the same ratio's. Look out for the fat!!! Go for good fats especially omega 3's they increase insulin sensitivity, stay away from saturated fats during the carb up they impare insulin sensitivity. I good fat source to consume other than flax oil during this time would be walnuts or pumpkin seeds, both are high in omega 3's.
