![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hello all!!!, I need some help and input on what you guys do to get your darn calorie intake up so high? I am just started (Today) my cycle What do you guys suggest to up my calories a bit? should I take some powdered weight gain instead of just the protein powder? Any other suggestions comments etc would be greatly appreciated other than eating 2 whoppers a day as I see that seems to be a couple of the guys here favorite. Tony2 IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() take 1 tablespoon flax oil with each shake 3*150=450cal take a carb drink during workout 300-400cal eat a banana with meals 3*150-300 cal=450-900cal plus potassium and FOS which help keep stomach bacteria healthy big variance on bananas becuase of size ------------------ IP: Logged |
