I'm getting ready for my 2d show which is 5 weeks away. I'm currently on 400mg of EQ/week, 200mg of Test Prop/week. I'll be starting my WinnyV shortly at 50mg/day right up until the show. My question is, I have 100 tabs of clen and 75 tabs of Stenox. I have a plan but I was wanting different opionions and combinations on stacking clen and stenox? I've Used this stack before without the stenox.

you need alot more stenox and clen but with what you got i would take 6 tabs/day stenox from 2 weeks out and the clen depends on your tolerance to it but start it 3 weeks out and add a tab a day until you find your tolerance, then stay there until the show

Thanks Bro, I forgot to mention that I'm right at 5%bf at 5 weeks out. I'm pretty lean already and was planning on using a clen at about 5-6 tabs/day and stenox at the same amount. Do You think 2 weeks on stenox will make a difference? I should be around 3% at that time?

you need to start stenox now dude. it needs 2 weeks to kick i use it last 30 days. have started at 3 for a week than tapered up to as high as 8. you will need more these are 2.5 mg tabs take about 1/2 hour during workout to kick but two weeks to see hardness. trust me i just reached two weeks. as far as test at week 4 remove or you'll have hell to pay with water and increased cardio. i waited to week 8 to pull should have pulled at week7 but i am fine now just increased cardio decreased carbs. i use 50 ml winny every other day but i staterd as i told you back at week 10 in my diet. some may say that was to soon but i am now at a 2.8 2 weeks out and since you'll be at my show you can make your judgement. kick ass in the middle weights and if things get tough send me an e amil. i can tell ya for a fact i had a nervous breakdown at week 3 and almost quit. the diet makes you emotional and losing water makes you think your smaller. hang tough and take no prisonors you've worked to hard
