alright i have been wrestling with this theory in trying to formulate the ideal stack for "someone i know" hehe. the question i have is about permanence of gains. with primobolan it seems to be understood that the gains you make on it will stay. now is this just weight gains or strenght too? now to look at dbol, i know some of the weight gain is water. no problem. and the strength will obviously spike and then go down. so what im saying is, will the MUSCLE gained using dbol go away. or is this question of permanence more broad based ie strength and weight together. see my dilemna? i could care less about weight according to the scale, but its the muscle i dont want to see leave. anyone who can clarify this a bit for me please respond. if this is unclear let me know. also i understand about clomid etc for keeping gains etc. im just wondering for how long? with certain compounds. thanks in advance. peace

youre kidding me right? all day this has been on the board and noone cares to answer? is it that simple??? what am i missing?
its not that i dont understand what the word permanent means. its just the concept as it pertains to AS. maybe i should change the title of this to "newbie on board" so that everyone will read it in hopes of putting their "welcome bro" in. damn!

bignate73, i will give it a try..
I think one can never tell how much will stay and how much you will lose. It depends on many factors. Some of witch are controlable like training, calory intake etc. Others can not be controled.. Most of you will problably not agree with this, but i spoke to a doktor once and he told me that the human body can only hang on to about 3 kilo's of muscle from a cycle and that he would try to lose the rest.. I think that is the reason that you can keep almost all of the primo gains.. because they come so slow that your body can adapt..

I used primo on my first course and i found i have kept a lot of the muscle size although i am not as heavy.
Primo is a good roid for keeping gains.
D-bol is a big water retainer so it is likely you will loose a lot of your gains.
I am about to use d-bol and deca, but i am going to use primo and winny at the end to ensure i dont lose most of my gains.
When you are coming to the end of your cycle depending on what you are using you should cycle down. Also make sure you are still resting plenty eating right, alos watch your training try and lift low reps e.g. 3 sets 8 max reps. And keep to the big compound drills.

personally when i did a cycle with primo in it i gained 10lbs and kept around 8lbs, dbol in my cycle i gained 20 and kept 13lbs, so you be the judge to which is better. On one hand you keep more percentage wise on primo but you gain 2x as much on dbol.

Here is my take,
Muscle is muscle, the human body just knows it muscle. I think dbol gets a bad rap due to water gain. People say I gained 20lbs on my cycle but lost 7. 5 of that was probably water. Second if you gain 7lbs over 8 weeks on primo. Your body only has to adapt to 7 extra pounds spread out over 8 weeks. Now on dbol you could gain 20lbs in 8 weeks,a much bigger shock to your system. There is also the issue of test suppresion. dbol will suppress test alot more than primo. I also believe people underutilze clomid but thats a story for another day.

I am not a doctor or phramacist. Past preformance does not guarantee future gain. Your mileage may vary.
