What's up guys, this is my first time coming to this board, I've been on IBCOF's board for a while now and came across this one from all the conflicts going on. Here's a little info on me. Now keep in mind I'm not at all big but hey we all gotta start somewhere right?? I lifted leisurely through high school and stopped my first year of college and well just got fat. Gained 30 damn pounds and I know I lost muscle in the process so was basically a fat slob. I started liften again about 8 months ago. Found Cabel's board and he really helped me out and gave me some good advice and I finally got rid of all those weider mag's I was following. Well now I have lost 25 pounds and have upped all my weights until recently have been stalling and thought about anabolics. Just got a few Q's and don't worry I read the post for newbies just want to get a few things straight before I start researching this possibility more. When you cycle do you always lose most of what you gained when your done cycling??? Can you just do a couple cycles and still keep the benefits if you keep lifting hard afterwards??? Is it worthwile to only go on a couple cycles and stop??(I don't want to use anabloics long term just maybe 2 cycles if it will benefit me) Sorry for the long post, and about all the animosity going on between these boards I know over at that board people totally down on everyone if they're not natural, but hey it makes for a little excitement at work.

WELCOME !!! YOu did the right thing for reading the newbie post. Just start reading check all those links that's in that post. I attempt to answer your questions I'm sure that will open up alot of critism, which is all fine and well for us but it will just confuse you, so read read read and that will help you narrow down your questions. Welcome bro. I've seen some of your posts today and you seem very enthousiastic and thirsty for knowledge which is awesome! A small piece of advice...posting 3-4 times a day might be a litlle too much. Spend more time reading posts ( cause most likely your question has been asked and answered before )and do reply other peoples posts. Posting too often might not work towards your best benefit. I'm not saying not to post, just a little less often. Stick around, its good to have you with us.
