thanx for all the info i've gotten back for the sus and winny stack i'm starting. I was wondering, i'm 6'0 and 205. I'm looking to tone down alot that's why i chose this particualr gear. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to throw in 3 or 4 days of cardio with my actual work outs, or would this take away from the gains from the gear?

to lose bodyfat, do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

but what i'm wondering is... doing cardio at the same time i'm working out with my gear.. will this make me loose out?

4 days a week of cardio might slow gains slightly but nothing to major.

with the winstrol you will be able to do cardio without loosing muscle! its what the drug is designed for...

I was under the impression that doing cardio when on the gear is a bad thing because if possible enlargement of the heart. Does anyone know if there is any truth behind this?

No idea about your enlarged heart question but I have found that the best combo for fat loss and muscle gains is morning cardio on an empty stomach with clen tabs then heavy lifting at night and I think I get good results taking d-bol tabs or ref-b right before bed. Get plenty of sleep and eat right and often.
