Everyone replies to this question by saying keep up the carbs and eat normal calorie diet....So for specifics i want an experienced DNP beneficiary to give a typical days meal while on DNP..

I am mid cycle now and I usually eat

breakfast: I bowl of bran with a few scoops of protein powder in it as well and 2 peices of fruit.

Lunch : 2 chicken and salad sandwhiches

Dinner : 2 chicken breats fillets and veges and rice.

I am only 170lbs so a lot of other people have more than that. Also I did'nt eat for about 7 hours one day and nearly passed out so I recommend making sure you get atleast 3-4 meals a day minimum while on the stuff.
Also I drink a shit load of water atleast a few litres per day and that is all I drink while on DNP. I hope this helped a little.

Breakfast
LARGE bowl of cereal, soy milk, protein powder.
coffee

no snack

Lunch
Burrito, rice, beans (whole beans not refried)
water

snack
half a protein bar, or a whole one

Dinner big peice of salmon, rice, some green veg.

TO RESTATE:
My usual caloric intake is about 2500-3200 calories. I don't gain fat at that level, so it suits my needs. On DNP, I ate my usual diet, stayed away from alcohol, ate clean, but ate the same number of calories.

My first cycle of DNP, I went low carb, because I felt like I should be dieting while I was trying to lose weight. Didn't get hot, started taking t-3 on day four, as my temp started dropping. lost four pounds net with the t-3 thrown in. My second DNP cycle, I kept the carbs normal, and I felt the heat, sweated much more at night, sweated in about every store I went into, and was a lot warmer than my girlfriend in our 62 degree apartment.

And net weight loss was six pounds without t-3.
I did the cycles back to back with a week break in between, I went from 218 - 203, from 15.5% bodyfat to just under 12%. The fat to muscle loss was like nearly 8 pounds of fat, and 5 pounds of muscle.

I wish I had taken my bf at mid cycle, but my calipers were out of reach.

I blame the muscle loss on the t-3 addition during a time of muscle depletion. t-3 is for folks on a/s.

ANYWAY:
eat mormal and eat clean. Grab some simple carbs, maybe some ECA for your workouts.

good luck
