![]() ![]() ![]() Hey brother, I myself have gone that route and it gets old real quick. Besides the consumption of 12 entire egg's isn't going to work wonders for your cholesterol. Give this a shot, pasturized egg whites from the carton. Virtually taseless, and can be incorporated safely into your postworkout or morning protien shakes. Theres your albumin protien source. Prepare for potential gasteric disturbances. That much albumin can promote some gas that could kill a donkey ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() don't bother with the full egg... The protein is in the whites. If your going to go the conventional route (real eggs), just separate the white's from the yokes. There are some good vitamins in the yokes so you might want to leave in one or two. Just be sure to figure in 5 grams of fat for each egg yolk. If your on the juice, you should be careful with your cholesterol consumption. Juice seems to lead to an increase in bad cholesterol. 12 full eggs a day won't help you keep your levels down. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() the protein is in the whites? true, half of the protein is in the whites. the other half lies in the yolk. egg whites are pure albumin, but dont discount the yolk. as for putting on mass the question was eating 12 eggs. maybe thats extreme but something has to be said for eating SOME whole eggs. the fats will bump up your calories quite a bit, while also getting you the protein you need. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I don't see anything wrong with eating a dozen whole eggs. I would want some bacon with mine, though. As far as the craziest mass diet I ever followed, I used to follow Gironda's mass recommendations many years ago. I mixed 12 raw eggs, a pint of cream, protein powder and a banana or two in a blender and drink it all down. I did this twice a day, in addition to regular meals. IP: Logged |

The thin part of the eggwhite is the protecting part for the chicken and dont contain much protein, the thickpart of the eggwhite, this is what turns into the chicken and has a high dose of protein in it, the youlk is the nutritens for the chicken and contains lots of protein but allso lot of fat, but it does contain lot of vitamin and minerals that are great when growing up. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I personally eat Jumbo eggs. They have 8 grams of protein per egg. And I love to eat 'em. One of my favorite foods. Works good. The rule for me is I get 1 yolk for every 6 I eat. So I still get the taste and everything. IP: Logged |

But if your going for the eggs, and you care about your cholesterol levels, limit the yellows... a couple here and there is ok, but 12 a day is an unnecessary risk while on the juice. Steroids use has been correlated with higher cholesterol levels... keep your heart healthy. IP: Logged |
