Im a football player whos going into his freshman year of college and has dabbled with AS a little. I recentley had a shoulder surgery about 4 months ago in the football season and my doctor wants to operate immitealty...(bad speller). He says hes gonna do something to the shoulder capsule, some sort of thermal bullshit to make the capsule smaller because i haveing a lot of problems with it . I cant do any sort of shoulder routines with it like this. i been going to physical therapy for like 5 months and very little progress. i just wondering if it isnt too major how long do u think the recovery will be. and how will it be before i do As again.?????????? Stick with the grueling therapy. Strengthen those atrophied tendons and ligaments. The number one reason why chemically enhanced bb rip and tear shit is because their muscle tissue overwhelms and dominates their relativly weak attachments. IP: Logged |
