MY CONCEPT IS, SINCE GYNO IS CAUSED BY EXCESSIVE TESTOSTERONE CONVERTING INTO ESTROGEN, IF YOU WORK OUT INTENSELY,YOU BODY WILL USE MORE TESTOSTERONE. THEREFORE MOST OF THE TESTOSTERONE IS BEING USE AND LESS ESTROGEN. IS THIS CONCEPT CORRECT? OR AM I WRONG?

Here is my cycle & daily routine
week
1 sust 250
2 250
3 500
4 500
5 500
6 250
7 250/clomid
8 250/clomid
9 clomid
jerk off 4 times on off days
2 times on workout days stick with this
for atleast 2 weeks after your
cycle is complete.this should keep estrogen
levels down.good luck
