![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() LOL, you just can't change some people. Texas Guns, MD has nothing to do with SHBGs. MD attaches to estrogen receptors, sending a signal that causes an increase of IGF-1 and an upregualtion of androgen/anabolic(whatever you want to call it) receptors. But don't worry, it does not cause gyno, it actually prevents it by blocking estrogen from attaching to that same receptor site. Kind of like clomid/nolva does! Most people that actually TRIED IT, have had very good results on it. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have posted many times on this product you will find that Denkadiol is a very good product to add to your Cycle when you combine the EQ and Denkadiol you have a very powerful version of the old Aussie product Drive IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The research on Denkandiol is minimal at best. The theory of binding to receptor sites is feasable, but I don't think it makes any difference as there's also a theory that if you saturate your receptors your body will create new ones. That's the theory the mega-dosers go by. I've always had great gains with sust. and d-bol, but I've done 25 or 30 cycles in my life. I'm thinking of trying it "just to see" How many cycles have you done? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The only research I've seen that concludes that methandriol binds to any receptors at all indicates that methandriol binds to low-affinity glucocorticoid receptors. I still subscribe to the SHBG theory. Milkman, can you post (or e-mail me) the names of a couple of studies that show that it may bind w/ estrogen receptors? I would be interested in reading them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sure, as soon as you post the study that shows MD binds more so than test to SHBGs. Or at least give me a lession in chemical structure that shows this potent binding. You know, it don't matter. The truth is the only form of testosterone that can reach the AA receptor is the kind that is bound to SHBGs. SHBGs transport test to the receptor cites, that is one of their functions. Testosterone CAN NOT get inside cells without that binding. That should prove that MD SHBGs theory is bs, but none of you will belive this because your still stuck 10 years back and think medline has all the answers. ![]() ![]() ![]() Milk, please post your studies showing that SHBG leaves the plasma, crosses the cell membranes, and is required for receptor binding. I have a belief that your idea of MD's estrogenic nature is very plausable (supported by the fact that 5-androstenediol is estrogenic), but your other statements are not supported. Also, I have to disagree with your statement that all who have tried it got good results, I have talked to and read many posts by people who have not gotten good results with MD.
