I JUST CAME BACK FROM SPRING BREAK HAVENT WORKED OUT IN A WEEK - I WANT TO START MY FIRST CYCLE TOMORROW OR MONDAY IS THIS OK??

I will often take a few days off before a cycle. This helps me get everything in order as far as food, vitamins, and all the other supplements. Also lets your body get some good rest. Then, when you do your first day, you are fresh and ready to tear it up in the gym!

Actually, I think a week off before a cycle is a good idea. You'll probably give your muscles an awesome shock with a grueling workout and the AS.

its fine overtaining is the bitch i sometimes have to take a week off during cycles because of overtraining it helps to break out of plateus[sp]. SAMM
