ok any experience in this field will help. I've been doing lots of cardio on the efx machine and can't seem to loose that last bit of fat around the waist.I'm in the second week of my 400mg norandren and sust stack.If anyone has used hydroxycut please let me know how it worked and what to expect and how fast. I just bought it and beginners dose is 2 pills 3x a day...is this ok ?....peace IP: Logged |

IS A GOOD FAT BURNER. PERSONALLY 2 CAPS 3X/DAY DIDN'T WORK BUT 4 CAPS 3X/DAY WORKED WONDERS. ALSO TRY TO GET SOME CLEN IT WORKS A LITTLE FASTER BUT THE EFFECTS WEAR OFF QUICKLY. GOOD LUCK THE LAST BIT OF FAT IS THE HARDEST BUT STICK TO IT CAUSE ITS WELL WORTH IT. IP: Logged |

hydroxy is the best over the counter fat burner i ever used after 1 month i dropped 2 inches off my waist i was cycling also with sos250 and decca. i have been on it for around 2 months and have went from a 36 waist to a 32-33. awesome stuff. take 4 caps 3x daily. for best results IP: Logged |

if you plan to take the hydroxy while you're still on a cycle, start out with 3 pills 3x a day and after a week if you feel ok bump it up to 4 pills 3x a day IP: Logged |

You may also want to try some of the more "advanced" legal fat burners out there such as Biotest's MD6 or Adipokinetix from Syntrax. They are supposed to be a lot better than an ECA stack. IP: Logged |

I've had some good results using Hydroxy I was taking 4 caps 3 times a day over a few months doing a fair amount of cardeo at the same time and went down from a 38" waist to a 34". Then I tried a E/C/A stack starting with 2/3 Eff tab, 1 Caffine Tab 3 times a day and one asprin. The results I was getting was approx loosing 4lb a week. Whilst Hydroxy is good a E/C/A stack I think is the answer. IP: Logged |
