![]() ![]() ![]() Oh momma am I going to get flamed??? This may be a really dumb question but I honestly don't know. If I am going to be doing a fat burning stack, i.e ECA/Clen/T3 and I quit smoking (nicotine) will this have an effect on my BMR?? Nicotine, for some, increases the metabolism and slows it down when you quit, hence you gain weight. Will this stack be enough to counter-act any slowing in my BMR?? If anyone has, knows someone or had a similiar situation I would love to know. I checked the archives and found nothing. Thanks. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Clen or ECA should be plenty to take care of the change. You could also cycle clen 2 weeks on and on your 2 weeks off use ECA. And depending on your age you might want to use an anti-estrogen. I was reading an article about a guy who was in his late 40's I believe who quit smoking and got a mild case of gyno. So I guess cigarettes have a mild anti-aromatise characteristic to them and it might effect you when you come off. IP: Logged |
