I'm getting ready to enter my first contest on May 20. Right now I'm take 50mg of Winny every other day and 152mg of Parabolin a week. I'm eating about 5 times a day 2 chicken breast every three hours every now and then some carbs (had to keep them really low because my body fat started at 24%. I'm 5'9 211 about 10% body fat. Should I keep my carbs that low or go up?.With four more weeks to go I'm about to sart using some clen and will most likely have to use a diretic. Does anyone know how to use Aldactone I wanna stay away from the lasix. Your help is appreciated.

I would keep your carbs low if it is still working for you. How low are your carbs though? Don't know anything about diueretics.

How low are your carbs? How much cardio are you doing and when are you doing it? If you are at 10% now, I would keep my carbs as low as i can stand it and be doing an hour of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and an hour of cardio after your workout or your last meal. Remember you might have to sacrifice some muscle to get ripped and it is better to be ripped and a little smaller than you hoped than be holding fat on stage. aldactone is good it is potassium sparing. However, if you do everything right the last week you wont need diuretics.

I'd recommend T3 over clen any day,it'smuch more effectove and doesn't make you feel like shit. You can also use both together for a stronger effect,but T3 alone should be enough to do the trick if you ask me..... and what's so bad about Lasix, why do you want to stayaway fromit? Just curious, because I've had only good experiences with it, but you have to take a potassium supplemendt with it.

keep carbs low.
stay away from complex carbs.
do 40mins cardio twice a day.

average calorie intake.
between 1200 & 2000 daily.
good clean calories no cheats

use Ephadrine 10 - 30mg tabs daily.
This will get you through.
doing my 1st show in 2 weeks.

Cycle carbs every four days: -

Day 1+2 - 0 Carbs
Day 3+4 - 50g Carbs

Use Clen WITH T3 - 2 on 2 off
Use ECA - 2 on 2 off (the other two days)

Do your aerobics before you first carb meal of the day.

Forget diuretics these are for fine tuning on the day of the show.

If you can afford GH - take 4-6iu a day injecting it subcutaneously to the biggest problem areas - ususally belly and ass.

If you can get thiomucase injections these can do a world of good also.

That should be enough!
