I agree it's prob. tendonitis. I had tendonitis for about 1.5 yrs on and off. I limited range to keep by hands/wrists off my guns(just 18's) during bench. I also realized I was snapping my arm to full extension at work. Changing these got rid of it in less than 2mos.

i have the same problem, i was doing really heavy skullcrushers with a straight bar...i stopped working arms all together, then after a few months started out with light weights and high reps...i couldnt resist lifting heavier weights so i did and now its fucked up again...anyway, one thing that i suggest is that if you do bi and tri on the same day, you spilt them up...it alleviates alot of the strain on the tendon

I have tentonitis for about 17 years now. Left elbow. Had Cortisone shots as well. It always comes back. You could do what I do :
forget the French press (I also got it from that). Instead I do almost the same excercise using a bench, lay down and use dumbells. So you don't have to twist your forearms. Also you attack the 3 heads off the triceps, instead off putting the pressure on the inside where it hurts. As long as I don't do French presses with a bar, I am ok.

Guys, i have to say that I do not feel like the wieghts caused my tendon problems that I have had for 12years. I feel that playing soft ball, tossing the football, and fishing caused the problem.

everytime i would do one of these things my inner elbow would start hurting. It continued when lifting. I agree with the going lighter and more reps for about 4 weeks and then switch back slowly to your heavy workouts. Eat fresh cherries.
