![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Iwas recently envolved in a mva that sidelined me for three months. Then during all the stress and turmoil of putting up with MD,lawyers, insurance companies,I developed the diabetes. My whole life is up side down due to this. Prior to all this I believed in eating right and cardio to the extreme. Prior to losing 15 pounds from my 5'11 180# 9%BF I felt comfortable with my body. However now I feel that I am a little scarecrow playing catchup. I have been training 3 months with little in mass only in tone. I am limited in eating those foods and products that give others energy due to the sugars. I really would like to know if I were to try A.S. will it bring my sugars down low enough for me to stop taking meds. ------------------ IP: Logged |
