What about Taraxatone? If i�m getting ready for a contest, Should i diet normally (low sodium, low water intake)? What about distilled water combined with taraxatone? IP: Logged |

 taraxatone, if you want to use it, should be taken starting a few days before contest(pretty sure the label states same). its not meant to stay on for a long period of time. just to cut your water weight for a short duration. mainstream legal diuretic basically. my take on the product anyways. ------------------ IP: Logged |
