![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() New to the board. Seems whenever I begin a cycle I get sick. I assume this is due to cortisol suppression or similar (?). Even with tons of C, Primrose oil, etc., still happens. Bad luck. Feedback is appreciated. Kevin IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bro have you tried Zinc, I take between 100-150mgs a day. Look into betacarotene to because unlike strait Vit.A your body will store it and conver it to Vit.A when you need it. Good luck bro my .02 IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() cortisol suppression will not cause immunosuppression. Without getting into the immunology of this i will just tell you that most exogenous introductions into the body will tax the immune system. Some people are just more predisposed than others. You happen to be more so than others. You can try OTC products to counteract this but i will not go into the negatives here. The mind is your best weapon to keeping your immune system in check.
