![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I love training heavy-duty on back day. I warm up with a few sets of pull-downs and rows. Then I pick about 4-6 different excersizes to hit every angle of the lats. I usually do two sets of 6-8 reps of each excersize - then collapse on the floor! Ive heard that Mike usually does 2 warmups for each excersize before his heavy working sets. Ive always thought of this as doing pyramid sets - not heavy duty. Not to critisize though - Mike knows his shit. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() yes he does warm up but the heavyduty thing lies in that he only does one ALL OUT set pr muscle group, insted of 6-8-10 or whatever people are doing, i see many people warmup and do 2 or 3 allout sets pr exercise and doing 2 or 3 execises pr bodypart makes it 6-9 all out sets pr bodypart, instead of one.
