I have been on 500mg CYCTAHOH per week + 4DBOL per day for four weeks now. I am eating almost 200 grams protein per day mostly from healthy low fat foods like chicken, and cottage cheese, and I am drinking 6 to 8 quarts of water per day. I am up 5 pounds, current body weight is 225, and my body fat is slightly less, but not that much. I am training one split per week with high repetitions. I do 4 days at 30 minutes of interval cardio on a bike. Is this normal progress? I thought that sus + dbol was suppose to hit you like an unstoppable train. IP: Logged |

With your weight, you need like 400g protein a day. Up your calories too. Since you are doing 4 days of cardio, you are probably cutting fat while gaining muscle, that is why you are only up 5 lbs. And are you sure your gear is legit? D. IP: Logged |

That is the question. The amps look like images that I have seen posted, the expiration dates are in the right format, the ink colors checkout, and the labels have square edges. One thing though, the stems are very difficult to snap off, and sometimes they crush after I break one off. The D's are pink home bases and if I take them on an empty stomach, I can feel them - they feel good! I got the stuff from a pro BB at a big gym that I go to, and they were fairly expensive. What do you think? Is it true that in my present state I can do mega cardio and not burn muscle? If that is true then excessive cardio is in store for this weekend! Is there much danger in increasing the T since I am seeing veriy little gains? IP: Logged |

you will never legitimatly get 400 grams of protein a day because you body will throw some of it away. You would have to eat 10 times a day with 40 grams of protein per meal. More than that and your body will throw it away per sitting. Get about 1 gram or 1 1/2 grams per pound of body weight IP: Logged |
