I PLAY SEMI PRO FOOTBALL. I PLAY CORNER AND WOULD LIKE TO IMPROVE SPEED I RUN WINDSPRINTS SQUAT BUTTKICKS AND BOX JUMPS. WHAT ELSE WILL HELP MY SPEED AND WHAT KIND OF ROIDS HELP?? I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DRUG TESTS. SO THATS NOT A PROB. THANKS

hey guys i play college level and winny is definatly good, make sure to do plenty of plyometric exercises. we are going through a really good program right now if you want it tell me on the post and I'll e-mail it too you. if you have access to boxs help the rest is cone work

HEY WILDTHING, ITS FUNNY YOU MENTIONED WINNY BUILDING UP YOUR CALVES, I JUST DID A WINNY ONLY CYCLE FOR 4 WKS AND EVEN THOUGH I NEVER HEARD ANY INFO ABOUT CALVES , MINE DID GROW MUCH LARGER THEN B-4 , AND MORE THAN ANY OTHER MUSCLE GROUP.... INTRESTING WHY IS THIS?

I SHOULD HAVE INJECTED INTO THE CALVE!

I have a friend who dopes before track meets. He gets incredible bursts of energy, and unreal amounts of endurance. Your red-blood cell count gets so fuckin' high that you could probably run 60 miles and not get winded!(sarcasim) I would not reccomend doping though, unless you have some experience or know someone who does! It can be really dangerous.

the plyometric program my school uses consists of six stations

1. box jumps
six 30in tall boxes spaces about two feet apart aligned in a row
-3 times through jumping from the ground as high up as you can on top of the box and back down spending the least amount of time on the ground
-3 times through jumping over the boxes
-3 times through same as first but sideways
-3 times through same as second but sideways

2. Ten yard starts

- 10 ten yard starts uphill in rapid fire
3. Zig Zag cones
- six cones 10 yards apart in a zigzag
-3 times through forward
-3 timesthrough backpedaling
4 straight line cones
-six cones in a straight line two feet apart

-3 times through jumping on both feet back and forth over the cones
-3 times through on one foot straight
-3 times through on other foot
5. medicine balls-i don't think this part improves speed so i will exclude it
6. set two cones 5-6 feet apart jump back and forth rapid fire for 4 sets of 30 sec

i think this program can be made better by including some of the agility tests the pros use like th 20 yrd shuffle ect. and some speed shoe work
