I am not gonna be on again till monday morning and I just wanted to wish all the bro's a happy Easter......and for the non-religious bro's just enjoy the weekend!!!!!
Boss only makin me work half a day today....looks like i get to hit the park for a nice 3 or 4 mile run......gotta loose these damn love handles I aquired during my bulking cycle!!!!!!
Hell i might as well make a question out of this. What is the best way to get the red out of stretch marks....I have been told to tan and break open vit. E gel tabs and rub it into them to help fade.....I got some new ones under my arms and on my bi's.

Im taking off early today too! No jogging for me - Im seven weeks from a show and freaky lean!

Call a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon. There is a cream made to rub on scars and stretch marks that is supposed to work awesome. I cant remember the name, but describe it to a plastic surgeon and they should be able to hook you up. Or email me as a reminder and Ill check for you. The stuff costs about $25 for a small tube.

I STAY REAL TAN IT SEEMS TO HELP BUT U CAN STILL SEE THE SCARS BUT THEY ARE ONE COLOR AT LEAST IVE HAD MINE FOR13 YEARS AND THEY STILL SUCK!!!!!SAMM there is laser surgery called PULSE DYE look into this if they are bad it cost about $500 a session requirs 2-3. enjoy ur weekend!!!!!!!

i've heard that retin-a helps with stretch marks. i don't have any personal experience with it, though.
