alot of us on the board have done shows bro. My most recent was the Pa. state and I placed 2nd in my weight class. I am currently 7 weeks out from a national qualifier and look better than I ever did due to the help of a WOMAN. Just when you think you know bodies, along comes a woman (who is a top national competitor). This girl changed everything I ate and did. oldtimer here wont list natural shows from 78-83 NPC East Coast lt.heavy and overall 1985 NPC Mid Atlantic heavy and overall 1986 Junior natls lt heavy 6th 1986 Natls hvywt 1987...not good small state shows too numerous ..easy wins doesnt get hard until jr's and up.....dosages skyrocket...you have to be willing Retired suddenly in 87...still need my three a week though Tex ------------------ IP: Logged |
