lets say that you lived off of whey protein and water, and some oatmeal or a bagel. now, considering that you got lots of calories and the right amount of carbs, but with most of your calories coming from protein, and the important thing, hardly any fats or sugars, do you think this would be a good approach to lose a lot of fat fast while maintaining your muscle mass while on a cycle? something like primo,deca,winnie or similar.? i'm doing something similar to what you say. i'm not an expert in dieting, but this is how i feel.. weak and kind of flat. have crazy gas from the whey. fat is coming off fast, though. IP: Logged |

Here is what I am doing. Protein 1gm per lbs of body weight. Carbs under 150gms per day. Fat as little as possible and still accomplish the other two goals. I use fina 75mg eod, EQ100mg eod, T3 50mcg per day, and alternate clen and eca weelky. I have lost 17 lbs in 12 days and very little muscle. The AS wont really help you much with the weight(except maybe the fina). I just use it to keep the muscle I have already. I would do a stack like this before a mass cycle if your overweight. ------------------ IP: Logged |
