![]() ![]() ![]() high reps for me and here is why: Low reps with longer rests and extremele heavy weights will increase your natural test output, higher reps with shorter rests and slightly lighter weights will increase your natural gh output, since i supplement test but not gh, i go with high reps (10-15) but no pussy weights either IP: Logged |
