Blood dopeing. It's the process of removing your own blood, doing some process to it and having it put back into the blood stream. Increases the ratio of red blood cells in the blood hence allowing more oxygen to be transported through the body. This gives increased endurance and SOME strength gains, but endurance is the key... DRAWBACKS - your blood is A LOT thicker and most people who have died from epo die in their sleep. They are usually very fit people and during sleep, their heart rate drops dramatically and with the extra thickness of the blood, the heart stops... Reported increases of up to 15% performance. Erythropoietin!!!!! Please dont' answer questions if you don't know what you're talking about. It's a chemical which stimulates your bone marrow to produce more red blood cells. Thus allowing your blood to carry more oxygen per unit volume to your body, now the problem is that if your hematocrit becomes to high, then you can easily clog an artery or have a heart attack, stroke or pulmonary edema.
