Hey-- I did my first cycle with 600mg DNP and about 2300cals/day and felt like I lost a lot of lean mass and not nuch fat...I'm gonna try again and was wondering if anyone felt if eating more calories was helpful, it may increase thermogenesis by elevating BT...I think I'll also eliminate the cardio...any thoughts?? I don't believe you would lose much or any muscle on dnp....I wouldn't go on a low cal diet, because if you are active you will deplete your ATP very fast, your body temp will return to normal, then stop the dnp or it will kill you.....High cal you won't lose much fat...Stay at a normal cal level....Drink 1 to 2 gallons of water a day, water is the key...It will help you stay cool, and stop you from killing your self....when you get off the dnp your t3 levels will be low, so don't over eat or you will get fat again real easy...DNP is the king of fat burners, but he is a cruel and unforgiving king.....
