![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() the magazines you are reading that tell you to ingest 400 grams a day probably own the company that is selling protien powder on the next page...most unbiased sources would say 0.8 grams per pound for any athlete, but i wouldnt go over 1.5 grams per pound...also keep in mind that your body cant digest more than about 40 grams per sitting(give 2 hours for digestion), so if youre taking more than that youre wasting your money...unless you like the idea of powerbars coming out of your ass IP: Logged |
