Well, After becoming addicted to this board over the last 2 months, I'm taking the plunge. I'm 40, 5'10" and 220 approx 19% bf. 2 Years ago I weighed 300lbs. I woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and saw a fat puffy-faced loser; At that point I took a vow to stay out of the grave, gave up the booze, burgers, pizza, and anything deep fried. Cardio and lifting replaced my afternoon martini and mid-day meal. Well 2 years later I'm 80 lbs lighter and a totally different person. While not as strong or ripped as most of you, I use your accomplishments as a motivating tool for myself. I will be there... As for gear, I may take the plunge or may not, but my decision will be based on all the information that has been posted on this board. Thanks for providing the information that cannot be found elsewhere. IP: Logged |

welcome bro! sounds like your on the right path, congrats for the accomplishment, as for the juice , my recomendation is to get the body fat down to about 10% with e/c/a and then concider a cycle! that should give you some time to learn from the board about AS, good luck! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Congrats on that Bro!!!!!!! My best friend in High School was 345 today three years later is 205. I saw the work he put into it!!!! I give you all the credit in the world. When he hit a sticking point with weight loss i got him started on ECA he soon began loosing the weight again. He is now to the point that he want to add more size again. kinda strange how things change!!!! I just got him started on an EQ,Winny,ECA cycle he is having great results!!!!!! Stories like your are the ones I like to hear Explosive IP: Logged |
