   E2, Are you still 6'1", 210 lbs with 7 % b/f???? Or were you just joking around when you stated that a while back? You said something about a torn rotator cuff or hurt shoulder or something. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Right now i'm small yes, i had several severe dislocations which destroyed my shoulder and i had to have a complete reconstruction, they replaced my ball with a titanium one, cut all my tendons and reattatched them, cut out my shoulder muscle and reattatched it, repaired a bankart lesion, and a torn sub scapula. It's been almost four years, since the accident, took me a year to get the surgeon i wanted and a good three years to recover to the point where i can life weights with some substance. So right now just weighed myself i'm 218 small little boy and about 11% i'd say. Don't worry i've got test in me now, and i'll come back. Let's talk about this again in three months. IP: Logged |
