![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() hes not a newbie. hes done 10 cycles. why don't you use insulin & growth hormone? do a 12 week cycle with insulin & gh thrown in. that might restart the growth process. or do a paul borreson androgen loading cycle. i have no advice about long cycles. a pro bodybuilder once said that he took every 4th week off, and it helped him avoid side effects. so you might want to try that. 3 weeks on of one drug, one week off, 3 on of another drug, one off. for months on end. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A 6 month cycle will be awefully hard on the body and is real not neccesary unless you are a pro BB or something. Why do you want a cycle that long?? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() a long cycle will be ok as long switch the durgs about every 3-4 weeks . and use clomid of course.. but i find 12 weeks the best anylonger you just stop growing your body gets used to the gear and then you have to move to high dosages and then high side effects!. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I see no advantage to switching gear. Joseph's suggestion about the insulin and GH is a good one. Stay away fron Borreson's cycles. Far away. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey bro, Ive had done two six month cycles. Both were to prepare for contest. The first three months I used test, deca, methandriol, anadrol. The second three months I switched to primo, WV, eq, fina. I used HGH and insulin throughout the six months. I used HCG at the end of the test/anadrol. Ideally I like to take four weeks off in between cycles to let my receptors recover. But, I did make better progress using the six month cycles than using short 8-12 week cycles over the previous years. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() If your going to do a "long" cycle, then it would be a good idea to do some research on the boards regarding BRIDGING. That means at the end of a heavy androgen cycle, you bridge between cycles with low doses of muscle keepers like Equipose, deca or other mild andro. I had the best year in 12 years last year when i did 2 hard test, deca. dbol cycles finishing with winny and then 4 months of only Eq. at 300mg/2weeks. When i started the next cycle, it was like i was receiving a baton on a track oval! You dont have to be a pro to want to look good year round, but you do have to be an adult and recognize all potential consequences of such a decision. I may do another year on sometime, but for now ive proven to my self the answers to some ofthe questions i have when i read about the pros! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() From what I have read/seen long cycles can be done with very good consequences. Like was said earlier you have to switch it up with growth and insulin. But in my opinion you might be able to actually upregulate over a prolonged cycle which is what we would all love to do on every cycle. If you do attempt a really long cycle give us the updates. I think it is a very valid question for a newbie. Platinum ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() have talked to a pro's(dexter jackson) "consultant" and he said what they do is still use the cycle theory but switch androgens every 2-4 weeks and do heavy androgens(depending on season) for 8-12 weeks then use only anabolics during their off period(usually 4 weeks) along with 16+iu gh and insulin and every thing else under the sun the whole time, he was actually honest and said when you get to that level of competition because everyone has got their diet and training dialed in its all about the drugs.....note. just passing on information i was told from pro BB's consultant not giving advice IP: Logged |
