Ok i am 205 15% bodyfat cycle is: sust deca clomid clen t3 eca 1: 500 400 eod 2: 500 400 eod 3: 500 400 eod 4: 500 400 eod 5: 500 300 eod 6: 500 200 eod 7: off off ed on on 8: off off ed on on 9: off everything eca 10: " " " This is my second cycle.. the t3 im gonna do the 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 2 2 2 1 1 1 kinda thing.. then clen im gonna take till i feel shaking and pull back one.. ok all being said.. the question is me being at 15% bodyfat is there a possibility that at the end of this cycle i will be around 10% bodyfat.. if not can anyone give me an estimate or let me know if they think my bodyfat would go down.. my last cycle was just t200(very uneducated) and my bf did go down but i think thats due to low caloric intake.. does anyone have any ideas if my goal is realistic or not.. and maybe just what is a realistic goal? easily. 205 @ 15% means you are 30 lbs. of fat. if you lose 10 lbs of fat and gain 15 lbs of muscle you will be at 210 with 9% bodyfat. you will easily lose 10 lbs fat and gain 15 lbs. muscle. if you lose 15 lbs fat & gain 15 lbs muscle you will be at 205 with 7% bodyfat IP: Logged |

Sounds good.. thanx alot for reasuring me of my goals.. So should i keep my daily intake of calories low so i can obtain this goal during the cycle or should i still eat like a madman? IP: Logged |

You should be able to gain that easy. And the 10lbs lost should be no prob over that length of time either especially with cytomel and clen. IP: Logged |

dont stay on t3 for 2 long tho 6 weeks max! and dont take more than 100 mcg as i find it becomes catabolic IP: Logged |
