Anybody taken any of this stuff before? I was about to stack Denkadiol with EQ and T200. Then someone told me this Denkadiol shit turns into straight estrogen. IP: Logged |

Actually methandriol is both androgenic and estrogenic. The unmethylated congener (5-Androstenediol) is also known as Hermaphrodiol, based on it's dual nature. If I remember correctly, methandriol aromatizes into 17-methylestradiol, so it is definatly not anti-estrogenic. IP: Logged |

I dont know chemically how methandriol works but I use it every bulking cycle and it does seem to minimize estrogen related side effects. At 800+mg test per week I normally need proviron and nolvadex daily to control gyno. While using 75mg denkadiol every 2-3 days I have used up to 1100mg test per wk without sore nipples! Ive added it half way through a cycle and it really gives you a jump-start! New gains after 6-8 wks on other drugs. If anyone has had bad luck with this product let me know. I love the stuff! I'm using it now (150 mgs a week)along with deca and sus. Seems to be working great, no estrogen related side effects, but I'd like to find out more. Anyone who's tried it please respond IP: Logged |

You can spew all the science and chemistry you want, it don't mean much compared to real world results. The truth is MD works and it works good. Its will make your other AS work better and will help prevent gyno. I could expalin the mechanism behind this but somehow I belive it will fall on deaf ears. IP: Logged |

Methandriol(denkadiol) enhances receptor stimulation, therefore it works well stacked with other a/s. It is both highly anabolic and androgenic so side effects should be similiar to test. IP: Logged |

Milk, please give the explanation for methandriol's supposed enhancement of other steroids, I would be seriously interested. The ideas put forth by many that methandriol enhances receptor sensitivity is not supported by any research. Many have claimed no enhancement, while many have claimed dramatic results. No one will argue that it is anabolic, since this is supported by science, but anti-estrogenicity is not. IP: Logged |

Jocko, thanks for posting the archives concerning this topic. Milk, your assesment of SHBG is incorrect. SHBG is a carrier protein for hormones and remains in the blood, it does not enter the cells to any appreciable extent; if you have any references that support your claim, i would be very interested. Testosterone, or other steroids, do not require helpers to pass into the cell, since they are lipophilic and easily enter the cell membranes. The idea of methandriol binding strongly to SHBG and thus displacing other steroids is plausable, but I have never found any studies to support this claim. Your claim of methandriol being estrogenic and increasing AR concentration and IGF levels is also plausable, since the 17-A demethylated form (5-androstenediol) is estrogenic. IP: Logged |

This is the Info i found about methandriol diprionate 75mg/ml. By itself,methandriol is a medium androgenic steroid.It is the most toxic oil based steroid produced in Australia but very few bodybuielders used methandriol by itself since the results are nohing outstanding even though the results are slow but solid.Almost all bodybuilder stack methandriol with other steroids as the methandriol seems to have a "booster" effect upon the effectiveness of the other steroids used.Since metha.. is not very effective by itself this is perhaps one of the reasons why jurox ceaced manufacturing metha.. in 1994.
