Just joined 24 hour after years at a hardcore gym,its just sooo much closer to my house. The deal I got was good(3 years for 8 bills,up front). It included a body fat test, computerized workout and 6 training sessions... As I would feel like a peon having a trainer half my size work me, I blew off my training appt.

You were supposed to write down your caloric intake for 3 days and list all foods. After learning your goals(more muscle, less bf..) they generate a computer program (diet and workout).

Has anyone done this? What was the workout like? I know the diet is standard "grazing" every three hours or so. Tell me what the workout is. IM 6ft 1,225 lbs with 11% fat.

Sorry so long. Thx

Whoa, I did a double take on that one!!!!

Personally, I too have a hard time taking advice from someone smaller than me. There are more bad personal trainers than good ones out there.(You good ones know who you are) I've never done anything like that, but since you've paid for it, you might as well see what it's all about. Won't kill you and might humor you in the process. I'd say if your 6' and 1225lbs at 11% you need to quit eating entire cows!! But if your 6'1" and 225 at 11% BF, your not doing that bad in the first place. Just drop some BF.

I used to work at 24 Hour. In general, their trainers suck, the 24/5 program won't let you eat less than 60% carbs to get into contest shape and the whole company can kiss my ass. If you want some help with your fitness program, you won't find it there unless you get VERY lucky to have a one in a million trainer.

Your time with your trainer is best used letting him know what a f--cking peon he is and how much he doesn't know. By the way, you do have a choice of trainer so the fat-ass they assigned you doesn't have to be the one you spend your time with.
Just my $.02
