Some of you guys have said previously that to reduce water retention you should increase your fluid intake. Can anyone explain why you should do this? IP: Logged |

the theory is if you take in TOO LITTLE water, your body will try and conserve it, giving you water retention. Keeping the fluid intake high will let the body know that indeed there is more than enough water, and no need to hold it. While drinking lots of water will not eliminate water retention if you are eating handfulls of dianabol, it will keep it to a minimum given the circumstances ------------------ IP: Logged |
