I'm with benzo try some protein shakes, if you get tired of the flavor just try adding some fruit like banana, mango, etc

If you want to grow, you gotta eat red meat. Fuck the fat content, the proteins great and if your training like you should be, you'll grow like a mutant. Otherwise tuna, eggs (lots!), fish, and dont forget the shakes.
