I personaly use optimum nutritions whey protein. It taste great and has about 30 grams per serving. I also take NitroTech after workouts and it tast alright. Are you looking for something that taste great or something that has alot of protein per serving? IP: Logged |

Here's my personal ratings on some proteins I've tried- (taste wise) Myoplex Meso-tech AST VP2 AST NytoPro MetRx Optimum Pro Complex Protein Factory PentaPro Nature's Best IsoPure IsoPure has gotta be the best tasting stuff out there. If you like thick protein shakes- this is the good stuff. I like to mix mine with about 6 ice cubes and some nonfat milk. MMMMmmm good! I'll probly take some beatings on the PentaPro- (I'm using it right now), but I don't really give a damn about the taste. It's probly the highest quality protein out there. I tried some of that Lean Body with the strawberry flavor...it to this day is the best kind I've had. I used water which is even more surprising to me cause I normally have to add milk, but it was good. I think I might try adding some proteins together to see what I can come up with. I think that the best meal replacement for taste is iso-pure.(mix with water) as for just protein shakes, i love optimum nutrition's 100% whey protein. it's the best value out there-5 pounds for like $25. the vanilla tastes a little better than the chocolate. for a little more money, pro complex is even better. i with musclemac and use the exact same shit, nitro-tech doesnt taste as good as the optimum whey but for all the hype it promotes i take it post workout...can't hurt IP: Logged |

nitromax is the best shit i've every tasted!!! it taste like hersheys choclate milk if not better. and after 2 weeks of just taking that i've gained 6lbs. Its made by sandco and you can only get it in tuscaloosa, al. try it, it awesome!! IP: Logged |
