How much sleep is reccommended while training, I usually get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Is that enough or should I get more?

8 hours a night is reccommended

NO swole more is not better, if you get more than 10 hours it messes you up and you'll be more tired than if you slept 8.

i usually try to get 8hrs = HOW EVER LONG I TRAINED THAT DAY never more than 9-10hrs
