well i decided to do my first competition and its a local natural show nothing big so i can get some experience under my belt i am currently at 7.5% bf and 227 and just started the keto diet that george spellwin posted, despite all the horror stories of using insulin, i used it last night and was into ketosis by the time i woke up(deep purple on the ketostix)anyways i was thinking about using some gh to help shed a little extra fat and was wondering if it would be better to follow this diet im on with the growth or use a diet with carbs in it, currently i am switching my stack to eq@ 300mg eod, fina at 120mg eod test prop at 100mg eod and im gonna add some stenox in at 10tabs/day 4 weeks out and dropping the test 2 weeks out and upping the stenox, also can some point me to an article about the preparations for a show for the final week to dry out and carb load/deplete, any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey bro -

To dry out I start drinking 2-3 gallons water per day about 12 weeks out. Last week drink one gallon per day. If contest is on Sat., drink only 20oz water with each meal until 1-2PM then no more water. Sat. you can have 10-20oz with breakfast - none after that.

Last year I helped six people with Lasix/Aldactone. Aldactone was used at 100mg per day for two weeks. The last week Lasix was started two days out. Using a insulin pin use only 10iu at a time which will be about 2mg lasix. Repeat every 12 hours as needed - but make sure the muscles do not flatten out.

Best case - you will be dry, but may experience cramping or flat muscles. This year Ill be using manitol instead of lasix. It seems to draw more water from the skin without the flat look.

I wish I could help more with the HGH but Im trying to figure out how to use it right now with my low-carb diet.

Good luck with the show - my first one is 8 wks away!
