![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i think your diet and cardio it the important. But some gear would keep your mass on. I drop 4%with just diet and cardio in 2 weeks, but i also lost some size. What do ya'll think if you diet down, and use somthing that won't retain water? like primobolan depot. I would hate to use sust and retain a lot of water when trying to rip up. Any suggestions? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Try to do it natural by doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and alternating weeks of ECA and clen. Keep your diet as clean as possible and check your bodyfat levels in 4 weeks or so. If you find you're not losing much fat, try restricting calories more. If you find you're losing muscle, try some primo or winstrol to maintain muscle mass while continuing to restrict calories and doing cardio. If you choose to use AS, you can do more cardio without fear of burning muscle (5 or 6 days a week instead of 3 or 4), and you can also add some T3 which will greatly speed up your metabolism. Try that for 8 weeks and pay attention to your diet! If that's not good enough for you, try some DNP for a week. Remember, for cutting up diet is the most important factor. Only use AS when dieting if you have trouble holding onto your lean muscle mass. IP: Logged |
